Terms of Use
Purpose
Calm Assistant is a personal organisation and record-management application provided by Keep Track Solutions Pte. Ltd.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, store unlawful material, or use the application for phishing, fraud, harassment or harmful activity.
Prohibited secrets
Do not store passwords, PINs, complete card details, security codes, banking authentication codes, recovery codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private cryptographic keys.
Your records and review
You are responsible for the information you enter or confirm. Calm Assistant does not independently verify dates, amounts, extracted text, calculations or other record details. Review information before relying on it.
The Life & Asset Organizer presents recorded values you provide; it does not provide or independently verify valuations.
Health Records help you record and organise health information. Calm Assistant does not diagnose conditions, interpret results, or replace medical advice.
Document references record what a document is, what it relates to, and where you keep it; they do not upload or store the document itself. Intentions and wishes are personal notes for future reference, not legal documents.
Availability and reminders
The service is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for independently tracking critical deadlines. Calm Assistant does not guarantee that reminders, calculations or stored dates will prevent a missed obligation.
User data
Application records are stored in a Google Sheets workbook associated with the signed-in user. You are responsible for your Google Account security and for maintaining appropriate exports or backups of important records.
Changes and termination
Features, terms and availability may change. You may stop using Calm Assistant, export your data, delete application records and revoke Google access.
