Beta Terms

These are beta terms and have not been represented as formally reviewed legal advice. They should be reviewed before a broad commercial release.

Purpose

Calm Assistant is a personal planning and record-reminder tool provided by Keep Track Solutions Pte. Ltd. during a private beta.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, store unlawful material or use the application for phishing, fraud, harassment or harmful activity.

Prohibited secrets

Users must not store passwords, PINs, complete card details, security codes, banking authentication codes, recovery codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private cryptographic keys.

Availability and reminders

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Users remain responsible for independently tracking critical deadlines. Calm Assistant does not guarantee that reminders, calculations or stored dates will prevent a missed obligation.

User data

Application data is stored in a Google Sheet associated with the signed-in user. Users are responsible for their Google Account security and for maintaining appropriate backups or exports.

Changes and termination

Features, terms and availability may change during the beta. Users may stop using Calm Assistant, export their data, delete application data and revoke Google access.
