Privacy & Safety

Important: Calm Assistant is not a password manager, secure secrets vault, end-to-end encrypted service or independently security-audited product.

Where your information is stored

Calm Assistant uses Google Apps Script and stores application data in a private Google Sheet created in the signed-in user’s Google Drive. Google and the authorised Apps Script application can technically process that data.

What not to store

Do not store passwords, passcodes, PINs, complete payment-card details, CVV or CVC values, banking authentication codes, one-time passwords, recovery codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases, recovery phrases or private cryptographic keys.

Authentication

Google handles account authentication. Calm Assistant does not create or store a separate application password.

Data controls

The application includes controls to export data, clear old completed records, delete application data and leave Calm Assistant. Users may also revoke access through their Google Account security settings.

Beta limitations

This is a private beta. Availability, data handling, reminder behaviour and features may change. Stored reminder preferences do not necessarily mean external notifications are actively delivered.
