Do I need to install anything?

No. Calm Assistant runs in a browser through a Google Apps Script web-app link.

Do I need another password?

No. You sign in using your Google Account. Calm Assistant does not maintain a separate password.

Where is my data stored?

In a private Google Sheet created in your own Google Drive.

Can Keep Track Solutions see my data?

The current architecture is not end-to-end encrypted. Google and the authorised Apps Script application can technically process data. Do not store confidential secrets.

What happens if I delete the spreadsheet?

The application may no longer be able to open your existing records. Check Google Drive Trash for recovery. Do not rely on Trash as a backup; use the export function for important records.

How do I reopen Calm Assistant?

Bookmark the launch link or return to this page and select Open Calm Assistant.

How do I delete everything?

Open Data & Privacy inside Calm Assistant and use the deletion or leave-service controls. Destructive actions require confirmation.

Is this a password manager?

No. Never store passwords, PINs, card security codes, banking codes, recovery codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys.

How do I report a problem?

Email calmassistant@keeptracksolutions.com with what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, the browser/device used and a screenshot when possible.
