Frequently asked questions

What can I organise?

Calm Assistant brings together Tasks, Renewals, Bills & Receipts, Health Records, People, and the Life & Asset Organizer. The Organizer helps you keep practical reference information about locations, assets, accounts, everyday items, document references, wishes, and recorded summaries.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Calm Assistant runs in a browser through a Google Apps Script web-app link.

Do I need another password?

No. You sign in using your Google Account. Calm Assistant does not maintain a separate password.

Where is my data stored?

Your Calm Assistant records are stored in a workbook in your Google Drive and are protected by your Google Account and Drive access settings.

What can I record in Health Records?

You can keep important health information together, including blood tests, lab results, biomarkers, blood pressure, medicines and other health records. Calm Assistant helps you record and organise health information; it does not diagnose conditions or replace medical advice.

Does Calm Assistant store my documents?

No. You can record what a document is, what it relates to, and where you keep it. Calm Assistant does not upload or store the document itself.

Are intentions and wishes legal documents?

No. They are personal wishes or helpful notes for future reference. They are not legal documents.

How are bill and receipt files processed?

Supported PDFs are read in your browser and do not use the image-scan allowance. JPG and PNG images may be sent temporarily to Google Cloud Vision for text recognition. In the normal workflow, the source image, raw recognized text and raw OCR response are not retained.

Is image OCR always accurate?

No. Text recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. Review extracted details before saving.

How many image scans can I use?

Each authenticated user can process up to 20 JPG or PNG image scans per calendar month. PDFs do not consume this allowance. For help, email innovations@keeptracksolutions.com.

How do I reopen Calm Assistant?

Bookmark the launch link or return to this page and select Open Calm Assistant.

Is this a password manager?

No. Never store passwords, PINs, card security codes, banking codes, recovery codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys.

How do I report a problem?

Email innovations@keeptracksolutions.com with what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, and the browser and device used. Do not email confidential records or account details.
